Brilliant location, yummy breakfast, very pleasant staff and strong wi-fi. Room incredible and well kept, bed comfy. There is a superb attached restaurant.
Quiet location, helpful staff, good sized room. There's Italeat within 5 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu. This hotel is equal to 4 stars...

Right place for a trip in Siem Reap! Room was large and well priced. Great service from the front desk staff. 10 mins walk to the center. Absolutely AMAZING stay.
Tidy place, reasonable price. Really amazing staff, gorgeous hotel with an easy location. The breakfast was outstanding, variety of reasonably priced food. The room was rather family friendly, I loved it. Beautiful area close to the property. Apart from that, tourist information office was 15 minutes away by driving.
The complementary drinks and fresh fruit upon arrival were a very nice touch. The location was perfect as it was close to the night market and pub street. The pool was enjoyable during the hot days too.
Our experience during Easter was not the best.
The hotel had an Easter brunch advertised, but when we arrived we were told it was fully booked, even though we had not been informed beforehand to make a reservation.
Got free drinks at happy hour by the pool which was great, plus a snack and beverages in the room at check-in. Good location, close to night market and pub street. Nice pool area.
The staff was not very friendly or attentive.
We had issues with the air conditioning and had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed.
